This week, we present Part 2 of the prologue to a new series – “Transcend”.
On this episode, we talk about capitalist and liberal cooptation of movements that are the last defense of the oppressed. We touch on the sanitized, neoliberal repackaging of sex work, left infighting over transgender identity, and the importance of class unity to overcome divisive bigotry and capitalist exploitation that we seek to end. Esperanza is a member of AF3IRM, an Anti-imperialist, scientific socialist, and transnational proletarian feminist.
