Today we are joined by Paul Cockshott, author of “Towards a new socialism”, his latest book “How The World Works”, and member of the MTT steering committee. We take a trip with Paul through a windy trail in Scotland that takes us all the way to eastern Europe through the 70’s, 80’s, and early 90’s. From there we dig into why Poland ignored the value form and the problems this lead to, finally landing on the topic of how Paul came to think up the solutions he put forward in his book “towards a new socialism”.
